Notarization in another language
I am notarizing documents in any language.
The only requirements to that are that the client speaks the same language as the notary.

Every notary is the notary only in the state or country where he/she works. That's why all documents that go to other countries after being notarized have to go to the Secretary of State for the Apostille.The Apostille internationally confirms the eligibility of the notary.
The Power of Attorney (POA)
Poa has to contain the name, SSN, address and the date of birth of the Principal as well as the same for the Agent. It needs to be clear on the matter of what exactly this POA is about and when it's need to be executed. The signature of the Principal needs to be notarized.
